On August 26, 2015, Erwin Schmid, chairman of the German secular organization Bund fur Geistesfreiheit or BFG (Federation for Spiritual Freedom) interviewed Wanda Foster, HoFW Vice Chair, regarding humanist values, ideas, and perspectives in the U.S. He then produced a 15-minute audio interview which aired September 13 in Germany on Bayerischer Rundfunk (Bavarian Broadcasting), a public-service radio and television station serving 40,000 to 60,000 listeners.
